Organic Standards
CertAll-IFOAM Accredited Standard
Founded in 2007, Certification Alliance (CertAll) is a collaborative platform of organic certification bodies working in the Asia region. In 2016, following the publication of the ASEAN Standard for Organic Agriculture (ASOA), CertAll partners decided to develop a common standard aligned to the ASOA for use by partners based in ASEAN member states. The ACT Organic Agriculture Standard, the applicable standard for the ACT IFOAM Accredited and ACT EU Equivalent certification schemes was chosen as the base for the development of the CertAll Standard. Whilst requirements for the EU Equivalent scheme are retained, requirements for the IFOAM Accreditation scheme are now based on equivalence to the IFOAM Standard Requirements also known as Common Objectives and Requirements of Organic Standards (COROS) instead of the IFOAM Standard. This version of the CertAll Organic Standard is:
- aligned to the ASEAN Standard on Organic Agriculture (ASOA), 23 September 2014; for crop production, wild harvest, handling and processing.
- equivalent to the Common Objectives and Requirements of Organic Standards (COROS) -IFOAM Standards Requirements (The IFOAM Norms for Organic Production and Processing, version 2014).
- equivalent to EU Regulation (EC) no. 834/2007 and 889/2008 for crop production, wild harvest, handling and processing, as well as aquaculture production, and beekeeping with additional requirements.
We are able to certify according equivalent to the Common Objectives and Requirements of Organic Standards (COROS) -IFOAM Standards Requirements (The IFOAM Norms for Organic Production and Processing, version 2014), in categories such as aquaculture production, crop production, beekeeping, crop production, grower group, commercial inputs, livestock, handling and processing, and wild harvest. In countries such as Thailand, Bhutan, Cambodia, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

EU Programme
Organic certification under this programme complies with the EU Regulations.
Since early 2013, ACT was recognized as organic certification body under the equivalent scheme according to EU Regulation no. 2007/834 and 2008/889 for category A and D based on the Certification Alliance Organic Standard. ACT is approved to do organic certification for operators in Thailand, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia and Vietnam.
30 May 2018, the European Parliament and of the Council has passed the EU Regulation 2018/848 on organic production and labelling of organic products and repealing Council Regulation (EC) no. 2007/834.
This new Regulation establishes the principles of organic production and lays down the rules concerning organic production, related certification and the use of indications referring to organic production in labelling and advertising, as well as rules on controls additional to those laid down in Regulation (EU) 2017/625. For operators located in the European Union, compliance with European Regulation 2018/848 is effective from January 1, 2022. But for operators in third countries (except USA, Australia, New Zealand, Canada). China, United Kingdom, Israel, Argentina, Costa Rica, Chile, India, South Korea, Tunisia, and Japan) they must transit from equivalence to compliance with the Regulation within December 31, 2024.
ACT is in the process of applying for recognition with European Union under this new Regulation.

Canada Organic Regime
The Canada Organic Regime refers to the organic certification system outlined in Part 13 of the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations. The purpose of the Canada Organic Regime is to regulate all parties involved in the certification of organic products and to verify all applicable regulatory requirements, standards and guidance documents are being met.
Under the Safe Food for Canadians Regulations, products must be certified organic according to the Canadian Organic Standards.
Agriculture products must be certified in accordance with:
-Organic Production Systems: General Principles and Management Standards (CAN/CGSB-32.310 - 2020)
-Organic Production Systems: Permitted substances lists (CAN/CGSB-32.311 - 2020)

We are able to certify products according to Canada Organic Standards for crop production, grower group certification, processed products, wild crops, mushrooms, and greenhouse crops. In countries such as Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Nepal, Thailand, and Vietnam.
